One of the leaders of The Anti-Hero Defamation League is The Rage Engine. Since the League is young, Rage decides that some bylaws should be made up so as to guide The AHDL towards the shining light of justice. Rage lumbers into the den located in the basement of the AHDL HQ with the intent to do some research into bylaws.

Since technology made him the way he is (specifically his Uncle’s ray guy experiment), Rage figures maybe this funny beige box of circuits will help him research bylaws. Of course, the computer crashes. Rage takes it poorly.

Too mad to continue, Rage smashes his way to the AHDL fridge and makes himself a smoothie. Halfway through the smoothie, Rage realizes he doesn’t even know what a bylaw is anyway.
