After high demand and pressure from political blowhards, Satan has resigned to start construction on a tenth circle of Hell. This new tenth circle will be reserved exclusively for those who have played the unsavory piece of evil that is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Those souls condemned to this tenth circle will be exposed to prolonged scenes of intense violence and/or graphic sexual content and nudity.

The true controversy came when the Eternal Sentencing Rating Board (ESRB) stepped in to lay down special circumstances in which souls would not be allowed into the tenth circle of Hell. While Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is rated AO for Adults Only, some minors have somehow gotten their hands on copies of this game.

With the tenth circle of Hell being rated AO as well, the issue comes with the decession on whether to allow damned minors into this tenth circle.

Construction of the new circle of Hell is scheduled for completion by the end of 2005. The only question remaining is if Satan can clear the AO red tape in time for the grand opening.
