Aside from all the hot air coming for inappropriate video games, it hasn’t been a thrilling news week. Not that politicians talking about coffee is interesting. But it’s something. So it’s time for another one of my favorite no frills PC games. This game, like Slay, is another simple yet complex strategy game that has kept me amused for hours on end. It’s Hollywood Mogul from The Hollywood Mogul Company. With a bare bones production, it’s easy to discount this wonderful independent title. Especially with big league games like The Movies coming out soon. Hollywood Mogul allows you to run a movie studio all the way up and down. From deciding what title you want to green light to what trailer size a B-rate star gets. It’s all there. Pick directors. Choose a script. Make your own script. Send it through rewrite after rewrite. Add the pyrotechnics budget. Whatever you like. This puts you in charge of it all. I don’t know how many hundreds of movies my studios have produced. The game takes into account an actor’s popularity, the style of movie, and every single little number you input for a budget. Sometimes a big movie will do great and sometimes it will flop. It’s not random. It just gives you the full experience. What’s that? There’s a free trial of this game too? Well, you’d be stupid not to try it. And fellas? Looking for more games to get your girl into playing? Try this out. My lady also loves it. Heck, run your own studio together. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I wish I could tell you what to do, but you have free will. Give the game a try! Give the game a buy! It’s well worth the price of admission. Filed under: A 47 Danger and PC and Review Comments:
