If you thought Keanu Reeves would only be stinking up your consoles with his terrible acting, you have another thing coming. Warner Bros, picking itself last in a multiformat game of softball, will finally be releasing movies on UMD.

Can you feel me brimming with excitement? No? That’s because I hate UMDs. But don’t let me dissuade you from buying wooden acting on a small screen.

Warner Home Video will release movies and other content on the new disc format, Universal Media Disc.

Warner will initially release eight movies on UMD in the U.S., beginning with The Dukes of Hazzard.

Other Warner titles released in December include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Batman Begins and The Matrix.

Speaking of wooden acting, now I can finally ask people if they have Keanu in their pocket or are they just happy to see me.

I’m not going to be asking that.
