How can I start a website that gets news feed?

How can i make a website which shows breaking news all the time…Like Most of the news are from reuters,ani,etc….
Can i show the same news on my website?
And what do i need to do?

Hey dr.
First you need a web host to do this right. It will cost about $40 for everything including your domain name and all the apps you need.
Next create your website with Wordpress, because its easy and gets great results. In Wordpress go to widgets, and add a rss widget to your site. Now you need to find the feeds you want and paste them in the widget.
