It’s too deep for kids? to understand. It would leave them confused.
To be honest, it confuses even me. It’s hard to tell exactly what Mark Twain was trying to say when I consider the great amount of confusion and the varying interpretations. Perhaps that’s exactly what he ment by it. It’s so mysterious and nobody can fully understand it. Everyone will interpret it differently, and many will become confused. Just like in real life.
